As winter approaches in Cape Town, the reality becomes clear, stormy weather, strong winds, and cold nights are just around the corner. While our home at Huis Jabes has weathered many seasons, our roof now needs essential repairs to continue protecting the women and children in our care.
Huis Jabes is more than a shelter. It is a haven for women and children escaping abusive situations, a place where they find stability, care, and the opportunity to begin again. Every room represents safety. Every bed offers rest. Every meal brings care. And above it all, a secure roof provides protection.
Right now, we need your support.
Before the winter rains arrive, we need to maintain and strengthen our roof to ensure that every mother and child, in our care remains worry free.
