We want to thank the Grade 9 learners from Durbanville High School for visiting Huis Jabes and for their warm-hearted charity project. Huis Jabes is a safe house for women in crisis, and it means a great deal to us when young people open their hearts and get involved in our work.

The Grade 9s collected various items and treated the women of Huis Jabes to a lovely high tea. Each woman also received a small gift box with treats, and the children were surprised with gifts too.

It was a wonderful morning of spending time together, caring, and shared joy.

We are truly grateful to all the Grade 9 classes who contributed. May we always remember to look at others with gentle eyes and treat one another with love and respect. Thank you for your time, effort, and kindness. We sincerely appreciated that you came to share this special morning with us.
